In the year 2010 Mr. Chhotu bhai of Jayant printery had purchased a second hand komori LITRONE RP 28x40 5 colour +coater . The mechanical as well as electrical installation was not done. The installation was going on for 7 to 8 months without completing it successfully. The machine had electronic problems.


Later it was installed & completed by Mr. Prabhakar Parab & team (owner of system electronics) & Mr. Bala.


  • After the machine was running good for several months a big problem arrived in the machine. The main plc unit was not working.. it was also not repairable .A new PLC for that machine was not available in the market as the machine was old.
  • SYSTEM ELECTRONICS then made its customized PLC for KOMORI 5 COLOUR +COATER+RP for Jayant printery ( Such PLC are being used by us and installed in many machines. PLC's are available in the market but to program a PLC for such a complicated machine with more than 100 inputs was not an easy task. ) This PLC completely designed and programmed by us and was installed successfully and running perfectly
